First Electro-Mechanical Slots

In 1964, Bally Manufacturing transformed a simple slot machine into an electro-mechanical one called Money Honey. Traditional levers and springs were replaced by electrical components. In the mid-1970s, Bally Manufacturing introduced the first dollar slot machine. In 1980, the SIRCOMA company launched their first video poker machines.
